About Me
-
Navigating the ups and downs of relationships can often make life feel overwhelming. We face challenges not only in our personal connections but also in our careers, education, and within ourselves, battling issues such as depression, anxiety, or trauma. These difficulties can sometimes overshadow the joy we seek in life.
In my practice, with a focus on relationship therapy, I am dedicated to helping you and your partner restore harmony and joy in your relationship. My aim is to guide you through the obstacles you face together, helping you manage and overcome the challenges in your relationship. I strongly believe in each person’s potential to experience happiness and fulfillment, and I am committed to helping you realize that within your partnership.
With extensive experience working with adults facing depression, anxiety, and trauma, I also bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ individuals, especially those exploring sexuality, gender identity, and undergoing hormone therapy or gender reassignment surgery.
As your therapist, I create a safe, non-judgmental environment where both you and your partner can feel heard and understood. Through a client-centered and integrative approach, I aim to empower you to discover your own strengths and solutions. I am here to support you and am honored to be part of your journey toward achieving your relationship goals.
