Couples Therapist

About Me

  • Navigating the complexities of relationships can often feel overwhelming, leaving couples uncertain about how to move forward. The challenges you face together may seem daunting, but as your therapist, I am here to walk beside you on this journey, offering support and guidance to help you heal and strengthen your bond.

With a strong foundation in couples therapy, I bring extensive experience working with partners through a wide range of challenges. My background includes supporting couples through complex trauma, co-occurring disorders, and the intricate dynamics of family life. My personal experience as a foster and adoptive parent, and working with high-needs children, has given me a unique understanding of the stresses that can impact relationships.

In addition to couples therapy, I have helped individuals navigate grief, loss, infertility, weight struggles, and depression. These experiences have shaped my approach to addressing the unique challenges couples face, both individually and together, that affect their relationship.

My approach is grounded in the belief that every challenge presents an opportunity for growth and deeper connection. Together, we will work to equip you with the tools and insights needed to navigate the complexities of your relationship, overcome obstacles, and rediscover peace and happiness as a united couple.
