About Me
-
I have a deep passion for working with couples and supporting them in meeting their relationship goals. I also specialize in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, creating a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, validated, and supported in freely expressing yourself.
My approach is rooted in trust, honesty, and fairness. I will challenge you to engage in meaningful work that promotes growth and empowers you to take charge of your relationship in a way that aligns with your values and goals. By meeting you where you are and walking alongside you on your journey, I strive to help you create the changes you desire. Understanding that everyone experiences life uniquely, I tailor my approach to fit your specific needs and aspirations.
I have specialized training in working with couples and draw from evidence-based methods, including the Gottman Method, to help couples enhance their communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their connection. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and have extensive experience supporting individuals with trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and navigating life transitions.
