About Me

  • I’m Dr. Mandy Graves, a licensed therapist with extensive experience in marriage counseling, couples therapy, and a wide range of relationship issues. I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Oregon State University and currently serve as an assistant professor and program coordinator for the Master of Science in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling Program. My passion lies in helping couples and individuals navigate the challenges of their relationships and personal lives with care and expertise.

    My practice focuses on offering empathic support and effective strategies, particularly in Marriage Counseling and Couples Therapy. I specialize in helping partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, and foster a deeper understanding of one another, with the goal of strengthening their connection and building lasting bonds. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each couple’s unique needs, integrating a variety of techniques to promote mutual respect and emotional intimacy.

    In addition to relationship counseling, I have a strong background in treating anxiety, depression, and managing stress. I work closely with my clients to provide practical tools and techniques that support them in achieving balance and fulfillment in their lives. My compassionate approach is especially evident in my work with individuals experiencing grief and loss, guiding them through the healing process with sensitivity and care.

    I also offer specialized support for women’s Issues and life transitions, helping women navigate challenges related to career changes, motherhood, and personal growth. My in-depth understanding of these dynamics enables me to empower my clients to move forward with confidence and resilience.
