About Me

  • I believe that the answers we seek often lie within us, but life’s challenges and overwhelming emotions can obscure that inner clarity. That’s where I come in. I offer a safe, supportive space to guide you through difficult times and help you rediscover the path forward. My primary focus is on helping couples facing relationship struggles. Whether you're on the verge of separation, experiencing communication breakdowns, or simply looking to strengthen your connection, I’m here to help. My goal is to support couples in rebuilding their emotional bond and rekindling intimacy, while also guiding them from constant conflict to peaceful and productive communication.

In addition to couples therapy, I work with individuals navigating relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and feelings of overwhelm, helping them move toward happiness and well-being. With extensive experience in trauma work, I also address a wide range of issues, including major life transitions, stress management, personal growth, anger management, and parenting or co-parenting concerns.

Whether you're a couple struggling in your relationship or an individual dealing with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, or navigating significant life changes, I’m here to support you on your journey to healing and greater well-being.
